1. CONTEXT

As of Tuesday 21 October 2025, NORGATE intends to use your personal information for the purpose of creating your file as a candidate for employment. The information NORGATE collects shall be used to fulfill the company's obligations to you in connection with your application.

To fulfill this obligation, NORGATE must obtain your consent to collect your personal information.

To process your application, NORGATE requires certain personal information by which you can be identified.

By submitting your application or CV (paper or electronic) to NORGATE, you express your consent to the collection, processing, and use of the personal data you provide. Please be sure to read and understand all the information on the following form.

• Information on employees, customers, or beneficiaries

• Academic information
• Banking information / account number and institution / investments / mortgage
• Credit card number / personal identification number (PIN) / cardholder's name / three-digit security code
• Debit card number / personal identification number (PIN) / cardholder's name

NORGATE has security measures in place to protect the privacy of this information.

5. COMMUNICATION

NORGATE shall not disclose your personal information to any other party, except in such cases where it is necessary for a third party to provide services or to obtain references, for which your prior consent will be required.

In such cases, NORGATE will enter into a contract or confidentiality agreement with the third party to ensure that appropriate security measures are implemented and maintained. The third party may have access to your personal and identifying information, but only to the extent justified by the execution of a mandate or contract.

6. RETENTION

Your personal information will be retained until the end of the hiring process.

After that time and as promptly as possible, NORGATE shall securely destroy your personal information, including information that may have been accessed by third parties for the purpose of providing services to you.

7. RIGHTS OF ACCESS AND RECTIFICATION

As with all your personal data, you may request access to or rectification of your personal information.

NORGATE must respond to your request for access, rectification, or information no later than thirty (30) days after its receipt.

8. CONSENT

I confirm that I have read this form and its appendix and that I understand the information regarding the collection, use, and retention of my personal information by NORGATE.
